Refund Policy
The following is information about the terms and conditions of refunds for purchases made at SHISOUAN.
In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons. However, we will accept your request only in the following cases.
■ Cancellation and Refund for SAMURAI SPIRIT ONLINE COMMUNITY
◇ About First Trial:
From the day you join the community, you will be free for 30 days and will not be charged any fee.
However, after 30 days, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee (2,980 yen/month).
To cancel your subscription, please see the following [Request to Cancel or Withdraw from Samurai Spirit Online Community].
◇ After 30 days of use:
After 30 days of use (30 days free), refunds will not be accepted for any reason. Please cancel your subscription by yourself.

Samurai Spirit Online Community customers can suspend their subscription at any time from “My Page” on the members page.

Login to the site and click on the member login bar.

Click “Subscription” from the drop-down menu.

Click “More Actions” next to your plan.

Click “Cancel Subscription.

Click “Cancel” to confirm.
*Cancellation will be applied from the following month.

■ If you purchased a product (item) from ONLINE STORE
Returns are accepted only in the following cases. Please be sure to submit your request for return or exchange within 7 days using the return/exchange request form below.

However, items that have been soiled, taken outside, or otherwise used, or intentionally damaged, will not be eligible for a refund. Also, if you are not satisfied with scratches or stains that were caused during the manufacturing process, you may not be eligible for a refund.
